Though the buzz is that Jiiva will be the protagonist, Saran is not ready to confirm this. He says, "Talks are currently on for Vaatta Saattam and I will speak about the cast only after things get a final shape."
Saran's own banner Gemini Productions, that earlier produced 'Aaru', 'Vattaram' and 'Muni', will produce this film. A search is on for the heroine and it is said that a top actress will be signed for this action entertainer.
Sources say that the movie will be simultaneously made in Telugu and Hindi too. "While Saran will direct the Tamil version, he will ask other filmmakers to take care of the Telugu and Hindi versions," they say.
